Common questions
I bought something and did not receive it
Open Settings in the game and tap Restore purchases, making sure you are signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you paid with. If it still does not appear, email us with the date of the purchase and the order or receipt number from your App Store or Google Play receipt.
Refunds
Payments are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are requested from them: on iPhone and iPad at reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android from your Google Play order history.
Reporting another player
During a match, open the pause menu and choose Report a player. You can also email us with the player's username.
I cannot join an online match
Check that you have a working internet connection. When the game cannot reach a server it lets you keep playing against bots, so you are never locked out of a match.
Deleting your account
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account in the game, or see how to delete your account without the app.
